Delaware County Real Estate
Buying, selling, or building in Newtown Square? As a local agent who works this corner of Delaware County every week, I know the neighborhoods, the builders, and where the real value is. Let's talk about what you are looking for.

How I Help
I'll help you find the right home in the right neighborhood, and tell you the truth about every house we see.
Honest pricing, professional marketing, and a calm process. I'll tell you what your home is actually worth, and why.
Builder contracts, walkthroughs, selections, I'll make sure you're protected from lot to keys. Usually at no cost to you.
The Area
Newtown Square offers space and privacy without giving up convenience. Rolling properties, established neighborhoods, and newer luxury communities sit minutes from the Main Line, Ellis Preserve, and some of the area's best dining and shopping.
Marple Newtown School District serves the township and is a consistent draw for families. The commute to Center City runs about 30 minutes, with the airport close behind. Median home price runs higher here, often north of $600K, with a strong market for new construction and custom homes.

Your Agent
I live in Chester County, I'm raising my family here, and nearly all my business comes from referrals and repeat clients. When people come back, it means the first time went well.
Licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson with VRA Realty. Calm process, real answers, no pressure.
Ryan never once made us feel rushed. He told us the truth about every house, even when it cost him the sale.
A DiCecco Homes Client
Knowing where a home is located is one thing.
Knowing how it feels to live there is something else entirely.
From Downingtown, Exton, West Chester, and Chester Springs to Media, Springfield, and Newtown Square, I've spent my life getting to know these neighborhoods, not just as places on a map, but as communities filled with great schools, local businesses, parks, and people.
