Hi, I'm Ryan.

Buying or selling a home is about so much more than real estate. It's often the beginning of a new chapter. My role is simple: to make that transition feel a little easier.

My Story

Built on trust. Guided by relationships.

I got into real estate in 2020 the hands-on way, buying my first home as a live-in flip. That grew into a business built almost entirely on referrals and repeat clients. To me, that’s the highest compliment there is.

I’m a husband, father of two, and lifelong Pennsylvanian. DiCecco Homes started from a simple belief: strong relationships are the foundation of every good real estate experience. I listen, I care, and I guide you every step of the way.

When you call, I answer. When you text, I respond. You won't get bounced to a team member or an assistant you've never met.

If the price is wrong, I'll say so. If a house has problems, you'll hear about them before you make an offer, not after.

When I’m not working, I’m coaching my boys’ teams, running the trails at Marsh Creek, or grabbing coffee in Downingtown. This area is where I’m raising my family, and that shapes how I treat every client who wants to put down roots here too.

From Paoli, Exton, West Chester, and Chester Springs to Media, Springfield, and Newtown Square, I’ve spent my life getting to know these neighborhoods, not just as places on a map, but as communities filled with great schools, local businesses, parks, and people.
